WADING RIVER, NY – Richard T. Hansult, 65 of Wading River, went on to a better place on Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at the Glens Falls Center in Queensbury. Richard was born on May 20, 1959 to Marilyn DeLaunay and the late Robert Hansult.
Richard was a local chef for many years. He enjoyed the time he spent at the ocean and fishing.
He is survived by his mother, Marilyn DeLaunay; his siblings, Robert Hansult and Doroty Hansult; and his nieces, Lindsey Smith and Michelle Bovee.
Graveside services will be held at 1:30 pm on Tuesday, July 30, 2024 at Maple Grove Cemetery, 127-15 Kew Gardens Road, Kew Gardens, NY 11415.
Memorial donations may be made in his name to any local AA chapter.
