Jeanette and Family: My deepest sympathy in the loss of your Husband and Father. I know his faith was strong, and He is in the Heavenly Realm. So saddened by your Loss. He was a good and faithful friend to my husband Phil. No words can express the loss we feel during times like these. God Bless you all, Jeanette, Alex, Hanna, Ashley, and Dustin. Prayers of comfort for all of you!!
My deepest sympathy goes out to Louie’s family. I’ve know him since kindergarten and have been communicating with him recently. I know how deep his faith was and I’m sure that he is at peace and full of joy with God. I’ll mourn his passing and celebrate his life. Goodbye my friend.
Oh my God, I am so saddened to hear of Louie’s passing. He was one of my childhood friends, attending Sacred Heart School together. Later, when we were in our late teens and early 20s, Louie and I had many car related adventures together. I remember his 67 Nova with the high performance 327. A real sleeper. When he blew the clutch, I replaced it while leying on the floor in his garage. I saw him a few years ago at one of our SHS reunions and he looked great. But, he told me then that he had survived colon cancer and had a colon resection. We compared notes since I had two colon resections as a consequence of diverticulitis. I heard last hear that the cancer was back and Louie had limitd time. I have a tear in my eye and a prayer in my heart.
This evening after hearing the news, I had a shot of Canadian Club in your honor. You were a great classmate and I’ll always remember that you and your Mom drove me to the District Spelling Bees in 1962. It was great seeing you at many of the Re-Unions (Sacred Heart, Class of 1962).
As Jimi Hendrix sang – “See you in the next world.” Farewell my friend and God bless you.
