Denise D Rudenko

Our Beloved mother Denise D Rudenko, 58, lost her courageous battle against cancer on July 19th, 2024, at home surrounded by her loved ones.

Denise was born in New Milford, CT on May 17th, 1966, and was the only daughter of the late David and Mary Arno. Our mother was a jack of all trades, but she was most passionate about her grandchildren and loved spending time with them. Throughout her life she worked in the health care field and in 2008 she opened her produce business Bull Hill Farm. In her spare time, you could find her in the kitchen, tending to her perennial gardens, or last-minute adventures and trips with her children and grandchildren.

Denise is survived by her husband of 25 years William M Rudenko, her brother John M Arno, her children Melissa (Ben), Nathan, Melanie (Steven), Mary, Natasha and her seven grandchildren Rauri, Autumn, Ruth, Brooks, Cullen, Charlotte, and Emma. Denise was predeceased by her parents David and Mary Arno, her brothers David D Arno, Dennis M Arno, and James M Arno.

Our mother will be remembered for always welcoming people into her home, her unconditional love and support to everyone, her passion for cooking and gardening, as well as her love for her family.

Our mother faced her battle against cancer with bravery and strength. Throughout her battle she remained positive and courageous, focusing on the things that brought her joy. Her fight against cancer was not only met with courage but showed an unforgettable strength and determination she had for her family and will never be forgotten. We will love you forever and always mom.

My heartfelt condolences to each of you. Your mother(wife) was everything I read. She always welcomed me into your home for tutoring and wanted nothing but success for her children. She loved, taught you the value of hard work, organized, supported, and laughed with you all. It breaks my heart to know she is gone at such a young age and the loss you will all deeply suffer. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.
