My thoughts and prayers go out to the White family. Bill was a special person that won’t ever be duplicated. His work ethic, and his genuine concern for those in need is what I remember. Bill was a very well respected member of the correction family, by fellow officers, civilian staff and the administration.
He was an example of common sense and logical thought in a setting fraught with human frailties.
As a union leader, he was a great example for the membership to follow.
I am only sorry that I won’t be able to attend his wake or funeral.
My condolences to Pam and his family.
I had the pleasure of working with bill when he hauled blacktop for Dan Ellsworth he was a pleasure to work with and talk to he will be greatly missed but never forgotten
