QUEENSBURY – Nancy Fredrica Ida (Alberti) Ulrich, 54, of Queensbury, passed away Saturday, November 21, 2015, at Glens Falls Hospital.
Born December 8, 1960 in Tarrytown, she was the daughter of Frederica Elsie Ulrich and the late Anthony Joseph Alberti.
Nancy was a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, Bernard Baruch College and also continued her education at Drexel University. Nancy was a lifelong learner who took many courses throughout her life. She lived, worked and traveled throughout the United States and the world. Nancy was very proud to have worked in Global Continuing Medical Education for New York Medical College.
Nancy enjoyed photography, landscape design, and plants. She also loved traveling throughout the world and treasured all the people she encountered along the way. Nancy’s always had her pets. She cherished her dogs, Muffin, Lindsay, Kai, Jarrod, Alex, Callee and Shai, her cats, Tiger, Tessa, Demi, Nikos and Phoebe, her many birds, rabbits and all other God’s creatures. Nancy was an avid reader and a talented jewelry maker. She enjoyed gardening, studying meteorology and horseback riding.
Nancy was a creative, curious person who loved to learn. She was funny, a strong survivor and very organized. She also was a collector of pottery, glass, rocks, items from nature, candles and artwork from her travels.
Nancy was very thankful for all those who stood by her throughout her illness.
