Patricia Annette Monico

HUDSON FALLS- Patricia Annette Monico, 67, of Circular Drive, entered Heaven on Sunday, October 21, 2018.

Patricia was born on July 18, 1951, in Glens Falls. She was the daughter of the late Luther B. and Madeline (Crossman) Monico. She was the second of five children and lived in the Glens Falls area most of her life.

Patricia loved Halloween, scary movies, listening to 50’s and 60’s music, dancing, having coffee with her special friends at Circular Drive, and attending her CWI day program in Queensbury. She had a quiet strength and great sense of humor and will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Regis Monico, from Elizabethtown, as well as six aunts and three uncles.

Patricia is survived by her cousins Vincent and Paula Allard, and George Norell-Allard of Windsor Locks, Connecticut. She is also survived by numerous cousins in Connecticut and Elizabethtown, NY, and her many close friends and caretakers.

Friends may call on Wednesday, October 31, 2018, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc., located at 68 Main Street in Hudson Falls. Funeral services will directly follow the calling hour at the funeral home.

The Rite of Committal will be private at Rosco Cemetery in Lewis, New York.

Patricia’s family would like to thank the staff at Circular Drive, especially Tanner Chesney and Meghan Ryan, for their care and consideration of Patty. They would like to thank Julie McDermott, from Care Design NY, for her years of friendship and assistance, as well as her care and support of Patricia. The family is grateful to Rose Stutzer, Patty’s former teacher and guide at CWI, for her many years of service and patience. Special thanks to the Glens Falls Hospital Emergency Room staff for all their care, quick response and communication.
