Sal loved the Yankees, Green Bay Packers, and taking his buddy John-Boy along with Ritchie and Adam to watch professional wrestling.
He graduated from Hudson Falls High School where he played baseball, football, and bowled all through high school.
He was predeceased by his paternal grandfather, Salvatore Roccasecca; and his maternal grandparents, James Bond and Anne Missita.
He is survived by his parents; his loving brother, Andrew Dickson, who he loved spending time with; his sisters, April Touchette and Amber Campbell; his paternal grandmother, Irene Roccasecca; his stepmother, Maureen Roccasecca; his stepfather, Doug Davis; his significant other, Nichole Lee Delucca and her daughters, Isabella and Gianna, whom he adored, and their dog Cooper; many aunts, uncles, and cousins, far too many to be named, but two very special aunts, Tamela Moss and Marrianne Burnham, along with cousin Crystal Moss, who were there for him till the end.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, October 18, 2016, at 4 p.m. at St. Mary’s/St. Paul’s Church, on the park, in Hudson Falls, with the Rev. Thomas Babiuch, officiating.
At Sal’s request, there will be no calling hours, instead all are welcome to a celebration of his life at Saluto, on Main St. in Hudson Falls, following the service.
Sal’s family suggests that in his memory, please consider being a blood or organ donor.
Arrangements are under the direction of Carleton Funeral Home, Inc., 68 Main St., Hudson Falls.
