The family would like to thank the staff at the Indian River Nursing Center for all their care and support given to Rocky and his family.
So sorry to hear of Rocky’s passing. In my younger days I was with him in Troop 57 at the Baptist Church in Hudson Falls. I also worked with him as a teenager helping rake leaves at several cemetarys. Rocky always seem to believe that plain logic was the source of a good life.
I enjoyed many happy hours working with Rocky in the Radio Amateur Civil Emergency Service. Rocky made those events a lot of fun. RIP WB2CEP. You made the world a better place. My thoughts and prayers are with his family this day.

Thank heaven for Rocky! and it is so sad he has passed away, and my deepest condolences to his family and friends. In Boy Scouts he kept all of us scouts on the right track, taught many valuable lessons on how to keep the Scout Oath, and practical skills as well, including that for me personally I don’t think I ever would have learned to swim without his coaching! May he rest in peace knowing that he made a difference. Sincerely, John Day
