I have many fond memories of Roy Uncle… my sisters started calling him Roy Uncle, and soon most of the kids and church were dong it. I do not remember why
we started calling them Roy Uncle or Marion Aunt…I grew up in the First Baptist Church of Glens Falls. Roy Uncle always had a big smile, and a big heart. He will definitely be missed.
Thank you so much Lonnie, I know the at First Baptist loved him.
Bryan and Family, you are in our thoughts with deepest sympathy for the loss of your father.
Thank you so much Judy.
When I was young, Roy fuller offered to teach me how to operate the DJ controls at WWSC. I never took him up on it, but i have never forgotten that kind invitation and the 20 seconds of time it involved about 50 years ago.
Lew, thanks for remembering my dad.
Thanks again, Bryan Fuller
Just learned of Roy’s passing. I knew him in the 1990’s when we sang together with “The Mastersingers” in Glens Falls with Thomas Booth. Roy, Tom and I also bowled on a team together in Hudson Falls for a few years. He was a gentle giant of a man. My condolences to you and your family.
