Jackson Louis Wolfe, 25, played his last riff on this earth on Sunday, April 14, 2024, in Bellows Falls, Vermont.
Born on October 3, 1998, in Niskayuna, he was the son of John C. Wolfe and Linda Carignan-Everts.
Jackson attended school at Guilderland Central Schools, North Warren School, Schenectady Community College and Hudson Valley Community College. For the past several years he has been working for FedEx Contracting.
He loved being outdoors, skiing, mountain biking, seeing the mountains, animals, and fixing cars. Jackson will be remembered for being a brilliant musician.
He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Ann Marie and Louis Carignan and his paternal grandfather Dr. John A. Wolfe.
Jackson is survived by his sister, Mallory Wolfe; his chosen siblings, Michael, Rachel, Sara, and Rachael; his parents, John Wolfe and his wife, Lisa and Linda Carignan-Everts and her husband, Darrell; his paternal grandmother, Terry McConnell; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Calling hours will be on Sunday, April 21, 2024, from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc., 68 Main Street in Hudson Falls.
Memorial services will follow the calling hours at 4 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial donations in Jackson’s memory may be sent to Lucky Puppy Great Beginnings Adoption Center, 511 Pleasant Valley Road, Argyle, NY 12809.
