Rest in Peace Dan, you will always be remembered as such a generous spirit and such a fun person to know and be around. I hope you and the “Big Dog” are up there throwing the Frisbee around. Although I hadn’t seen you in a while I am still trying to wrap my head around the fact that your gone. Save me a seat up there and try to find my gramma, she thought you were pretty neat to. Until we meet again, fly with Angels…..<3 Daniella

I will always remember that great smile of his, I think that’s what stands out to most that knew him, his laugh and that smile. We shared some great times with mutual family and friends. I’ll never forget the day we met, it’s a story my children have heard countless times, because it’s the story of how I met their father 🙂 He will be missed by many, that’s a given. My heart goes out to you Danny Carol and family.

Dan was always smiling always giving, and always thinking of someone else. I remember him letting me take that Fatboy for a cruise, without even thinking twice about it. I’m glad my family and I had a chance to meet him and share some good times together. He will be missed. Prayers to the family members

Cousin LT Dan, I remember when you were just a little tyke running, likely crawling, around in diapers. Then we grew up and began our adult lives and the decades flew by without ever seeing one another. Then at a family reunion back in, 2013, we were reintroduced and we all sat around till late into the night talking, laughing and reminiscing. And you came to the camp in Vermont a couple times while I was there from Florida; once you brought cute little Pebbles with you. I recall thinking how you’d matured into an extraordinary man; full of fun, laughter and of life itself. As I set here looking at your picture I still see a faint resemblance of your father but no doubt you have your mother’s mouth, eyes as well has her demeanor. It’s sad to think I’ll never get to know you better but from all I’ve read, from your friends, you really were an extraordinary man and indeed full of life itself. You will be Sorely missed by all your family and friends. Until next we meet I put you in charge up there to ensure everything and everyone is ready for our arrival. That means everyone will be laughing hysterically! RIP!

So very very sorry to hear of Dan’s passing. He was just a wonderful human being. Winter always seemed just a little more bearable because we knew that Dan would be there, smiling, with a great story, and a big truck to get us out of our snow messes. Dan was also incredibly talented. There isn’t a day that goes by that we don’t marvel over the fantastic job he did when he built our home. We’re going to miss that smile and contagious laugh..Rest peacefully and God bless his family
