HUDSON FALLS – Wally White, 62, of Hudson Falls, went into the arms of the Lord on Saturday, November 26, 2022, at his home.
Born on April 26, 1960, in Mason City, Iowa, he was the son of the late Cecil Vane White and Betty Delilah (Hendrick) White.
Following graduating from high school, Wally enlisted in the US Navy, serving as a Sea Bee from 1982 to 1984.
Wally owned and operated Hudson Falls Heating and Air for several years.
He was a member of the Northway Christian Church.
Wally enjoyed sailing, motorcycling, camping and biking until his grandchildren were born, then they became the center of his universe. He would find any reason to spend every moment with them he could.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his siblings, Leona Heldt, Clyde White and Bob White.
Wally is survived by his children, Jesse White of Gansevoort and Kassandra White and her significant other, Alan Whalen of Hudson Falls; his precious grandchildren, Alan “Bear” and Alana “Lana Bana”; his sister, Karla Bailey and her husband Matt; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Calling hours will be on Friday, December 2, 2022, from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc., 68 Main Street in Hudson Falls. Wally’s family requests that you dress casual and comfortable.
Graveside services will be conducted at 1:30 pm on Monday, December 5, 2022, at the Gerald BH Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery in the town of Stillwater.

Wally was a great friend and we rode a lot of miles on our bikes together I will miss him very much
Wally was a good man who will be missed. Peace light and love to his family and grandchildren. It was easy to see they meant the world to him.
