FORT EDWARD- Deborah Lynn Hamblin, 67, of Fort Edward, passed away on Saturday, August 4, 2018 at home, after a long illness.
Born on January 22, 1951 in Glens Falls, she was the daughter of the late Sidney and Catherine (Ball) Keech.
Deborah loved colorama, doing paint by numbers and reading.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Robert “Robbie” Keech.
Survivors include her son, Elan Hamblin; her best friend, Barb Wescott, with whom she resided; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
All services will be private.
Arrangements are under the direction of Carleton Funeral Home, Inc., 68 Main Street, Hudson Falls, NY.

I’m so sorry to hear about Debbie passing. I have know her since 1973 when I married her brother Robbie. She had such a big heart for her Brother who passed in 2008,her best friend friend and roommate for over 20 years. Barb took special care of Deb through her illness. We shall never forget her or Barb fir living her so. Her nephews and nieces will always remember her. So sorry for your loss and for the Keechs and her son Elan.
